Can we have the venue to ourselves?
Yes. Groups can reserve a section of lanes, a semi private area, or the full venue depending on your size and the date. What a buyout takes depends on the date and what you want included, so ask and we will put real options in front of you.
Can we show a presentation, video, or slideshow?
Yes. A large LED wall runs across the lanes and can be split into multiple screens, so your slides, video, logo, or welcome message can play through the whole room. Connect a laptop over HDMI, or send your files ahead. Our team runs the screens during the event and can make changes on the spot if you ask.
Is there a microphone for speeches, awards, or a toast?
The venue runs professional sound equipment, so announcements and speeches carry through the room.
How many people can you host?
Groups from small team outings up to large company parties: 8 to 200 guests, full buyouts up to 258.
Do you handle food and drinks?
Yes, and they are included in your event rather than charged as a separate minimum. Plated dinners and lane side service, a full bar with open bar, drink tickets, or a consumption tab, and vegetarian, vegan, and kosher menus when you need them.
Can we brand the event for our company?
Yes. Your artwork can run on every screen in the venue, including the LED wall across the lanes, and scoreboards can carry your company and team names. Send the files ahead of time or bring them the day of the event.
What does a corporate event cost?
Every event is quoted for the group in front of us, so there is no fixed package or published minimum. Tell us your headcount, date, and what you want included, food and drinks among it, and our events team comes back with options built to your budget.
What if our headcount changes?
Headcounts shift, and we plan for that. Give us your best estimate to start, and your coordinator will confirm the final number with you before the event.
Can we see the space before we book?
Yes. The Google virtual tour on this page lets you walk the venue from your desk, which is usually enough to get sign off internally. If you want to visit in person, our events team will set up a walkthrough.
